The Annual General Meeting of Hynion AS is to be held on 2 April 2024 at 14:00 CEST.

The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically.

Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting are requested to send a notice of attendance to Hynion AS no later than 26 March 2024 at 16:00 CET. Details for the electronic meeting will only be provided to shareholders who have given notice in advance.
