## Notice of extra general meeting in Hynion AS 

An extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") will be held in Hynion AS (the "Company") on 25 July 2025 at 14:00 CEST. The EGM will be held electronically via Microsoft Teams. 

Deadline for the registration of attendance and proxies is 23 July 2025 at 16:00 CEST.

För aktieägare som får kallelsen per post och önskar anmäla sig eller lämna fullmakt kan den registreras här. Sista anmälningsdag 2 april kl 16:00 i förekommande fall.
